‘Connect Through Art from Africa and the World’ - a first-ever Investec Cape Town Art Fair hosted digitally. While not without challenges, we are loving these exciting times. The show is incredibly significant for the CM Gallery because of the depth and diversity of the works on offer. While global lockdowns have hampered travel, the extraordinary surge in creativity is a joy – our eight artists are a superb showcase of some of the hottest and highly collectable contemporary art currently in the market.
We see the value in being able to act with agility and exploring the options that digital engagement offers. Even when life as a curator and gallery owner returns to more in-person events, we expect to continue playing heavily in the digital sphere. Part of creating a platform to showcase incredible work is to explore and ensure that we offer the best possible solutions to our artists. It has been a great journey crafting this platform, and something we believe collectors will continue to enjoy from the comfort of their own environments.

The Investec Cape Town Art Fair Digital Event is free of charge. To register and attend the fair, all that is required is an online sign-up with Artshell via web or App to access.
A hybrid fair that will comprise of an in-person and digital event, running from 18-20 February 2022, will return to the Cape Town International Convention Centre next year for the ninth edition.
